The Upstairs Apartment offers 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 and a half bathrooms, spacious living and dining area and a fully furnished kitchen that opens up onto the terrace. A weekly maid service is also available and the gardener visits ever fortnight to maintain the property's garden. The upstairs apartment includes Internet access and CTV. The laundry room on the property is shared by both the upstairs and downstairs apartments.
