Powells is only 5 minutes away from V.C Bird International Airport and is a short drive away from the capital city of St. John's and the beautiful beaches on the northern end of Antigua.

The house is unfurnished and is ideal for a family looking for a lot of space. The large yard also makes it suitable for lots of fun family activities under the sun!

On one side of the house, there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms can fit the renter's choice of bed and provides enough windows to allow the cool surrounding breezes to flow within the house. One of the bathrooms features a bathtub while the other is equipped with a shower.

On the other side of the house, you will find a huge kitchen, another bedroom, and an additional room that was used as a studio.

From the “studio” there is stair access to a spacious attic that can be used as another bedroom. In between the 2 sides, there is a circular living room with a dome wooden ceiling facing the valley downstairs.

The property is equipped with 2 water cisterns, a generator, and a double garage (one covered and the other with a door )
